Hello there, my name is Matt Osler, Life Coach!
I am a passionate and caring Mental Health & Life Coach. After losing my brother to addiction I felt an inner calling to help and support others suffering. Also, still currently a Financial Adviser professionally. I noticed many Canadians we’re experiencing mental health challenges just from financial distress.
Now I combine both my life coaching skills with my financial background. This creates a hybrid type of approach, which allows me to really make a significant impact on my clients.
It is my mission statement to hold everyone accountable to both themselves, and all those that love and care for them.

Why Us
Matt Osler was born and raised in the Okanagan Valley nestled in southern British Columbia. In 2014 moved to central Alberta after being heckled by his brother. Unfortunately, in 2018 Matt received a phone call at 2:03am that his brother Chris passed away in a car crash. Shortly after hearing the untimely news and settling down from a state of complete shock, he then found out that Bailey, Chris’ dog, survived through the ordeal. So, first things first find Bailey. Once Bailey was found and in Matt’s care, he then relayed the news to his girlfriend of 2.5 years Jasmine. Unfortunately Matt did not have the funds in place to be able to grieve properly so back to work he went. Once in acceptance of Chris’ passing, Matt became a provincially licensed financial advisor in BC and Alberta with Experior Financial Group but that wasn’t enough for Matt. So in the summer 0f 2022 he became a certified life coach with the Certified Coaches Federation.
With Jasmine by his side through thick and thin, their time together grew from 2.5 years to 3. Before you knew it, he popped the question and they tied the knot in October 2022.
So where does the name “Your Decision Life Coaching” come from? Matt knows that you are 90% more likely to do something if it was Your Decision to do so, hence the name Your Decision Life Coaching.
